Perhaps the friends name was "Bomb." Because the friend was seven seats down he had to yell it. He was yelling "Bomb" on an airplane, due to the extreme paranoia brought about through previous terrorist attacks on airplanes any mention of incendiary devices would most likely result in an arrest.
